Fly Fishing For Walleye

Although it is the primary target species for a majority of traditional anglers in the northwoods, walleyes are only occasionally targeted by MCO guides, and it's usually in close proximity to mealtime.  We have seen a number of large walleyes come to the fly over the course of our musky pursuits, although for the most part these bottom feeders provide an incidental, but very tasty meal for the weary musky hunter.
